3. Term & Renewal

Initial Term: 3 months (minimum commitment for true results)

Renewal: Renewed in 3-month minimum terms, by mutual written agreement at the same rate.

Non-Renewal Notice: 14 days written notice required by either party to end after the term.

4. Fees & Payment

Payment Method: Stripe (secure, automated).

Late Payment: Services may be paused if payment is unsuccessful after 5 days.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date business and contact information.
• Grant access to necessary platforms and digital assets.
• Respond to communications and requests within 2 business days.
• Support our partnership by sharing feedback and promptly completing onboarding.

6. Results & Performance Commitment

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary and business information, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZenzaDae Group’s total liability is limited to the total service fees paid, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Authorization & Consent

By signing below, you confirm:

• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• ZenzaDae Group is authorized to access and use business assets for delivering your Qualified Appointments System.
